NSERC Refund Policy

At the National Skill Education and Research Council (NSERC), we want every student to feel confident about their admission. This Refund Policy explains clearly how and when fees can be refunded. We keep it simple so everyone understands.


Timeline for Refunds

  • If you cancel your admission within 7 days of fee payment and before the course starts, you are eligible for a refund.
  • After 7 days or once the course has started, no refund will be given.
  • Registration fees and exam fees are non-refundable.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on the bank or payment gateway.
  • Cash payments will be refunded directly at the institute office after verification.

Course Cancellation by NSERC

If NSERC cancels a course for any reason:

  • Full fees paid will be refunded, or
  • Students can choose to transfer to another course of equal value.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or at the institute office.
  • Partial refunds, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting registration and administrative charges.
  • NSERC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will always be available on the website.
